Pure Line Academy only undertake training with trainers, or anyone associated with academies if they agree NOT to share this training course with anyone else.

 

All of Pure Line Academy’s work is copyrighted. Copyright protects their work and stops others from using it without permission of the owner. Pure Line Academy’s Copyright prevents people from:

 

- Copying Pure Line Academy’s manuals/webinars

- Distributing copies of our manuals/webinars, whether free of charge or for sale

- Renting or lending copies of the manuals/webinars

- Showing our manuals/webinars in public

- Putting our manuals/webinars on the internet

- Videos shown or any intellectual property

 

We take our copyright extremely seriously and we employ a team of copyright protectors and we do take legal action if our copyright has been breached in any way.

 

By purchasing the training, you are thereby agreeing to the above conditions.

Car Park

​

The users of this car park do so at their own risk. The Management will not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred. 

Items & valuables left inside vehicles in visible view are at the owners own risk. Pure Line are not liable for any thefts, damages, injuries or losses.

Children

​

Children under the age of 12 will not be allowed entry into the Clinic or Academy due to the insurance restrictions. 

TRAINING

 

Upon booking a training course, a non-refundable deposit is required as detailed below;

- No Booking Fee Required; Advanced Lips (Online Only), Lidocaine Infiltration, Advanced Toxins, Skin Bio-Armouring, Skin Remodelling, Vitamin Injections, Facial Anatomy/ Complications/ Medical Emergencies/ Dissolve Protocols. Due to these training courses having no booking fee required, the full cost of the training will be payable upon booking.

- £299 for; Russian Doll Lips.

- £450 for; Foundation Filler, Advanced Needle (Chiselled), Cannula (Full Works), Cannula- Periorbital Region, MD Codes and the 8 Point Face Lift, Thread Lifting & Remodelling by Leana Bernot.

- £649 for; A-Z Anti-Wrinkle Course.

- £650 for; Mesotherapy & Bio revitalisation.

- £249 for; Lifting Powers of Toxin.

- £750 for; Plasma Fibroblast.

- For Design your own Training day £750

5.5 The full cost of the course is required if its commencement of the course is within 2 weeks of cancellation. Payment is due on the day of the in person training course.

5.6 Shadowing will be offered free of charge to trainees who attend an in-person course within 6 months of the completion of their course. A charge of £250 is payable 6-18 months, £450 over 18 months.

5.7 In the event of an act of God (pandemic, war, natural disaster) then all fees remain non-refundable, and a new date will be offered to the trainee.

 

Booking fees cover administration and expenses involved in booking a student on to a forthcoming training. It also guarantees a first available slot on the selected training.

 

Shadowing from 3-6 months period if free of charge.

Shadowing from 6-18 months period bracket - £250, over 18 months £450 is available to our students only who have attended hands-on practical class in person.

Same venue is not guaranteed and you may need to travel to a different location. *Only available on selected training courses, subject to availability. Shadowing means watching, no hands on experience is included in shadow days.

Questions are to be asked at the end of the day.

 

We reserve the right to change the training location in the event of the venue cancellation. We will source the alternative location within reasonable distance to the original venue.

 

If you do need to cancel or rearrange your training, please call us or text us on 07547401020. If you text or get an answer-phone, please leave a clear message stating the following:

• That you wish to cancel or rearrange

• Your full name

• Your telephone number

• The date and time of your course

• The course/s you were booked in for

 

If you are late by more than 30 minutes you will not be able to continue on the day and the cost of the training will be lost.

 

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

 

APPOINTMENTS

 

If you should need to rearrange you may do so once on the same booking fee and within 30 days of cancellation by giving us no less than 48 hours notice (excluding Sundays, Bank Holiday Monday and other National Holidays). Should you need to rearrange again a non-refundable booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be payable to secure new appointment. Cancellations are non-refundable. Full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 24 hours notice or "no show".

 

If you are late by more than 20 minutes, we will not be able to continue with the appointment and the full price of the treatment will be due.

 

The only time we will consider waiving the fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency (official proof will be required) or upon our discretion.

 

Pandemic, war and nature force majeure -

the fees are non-refundable. A new alternative date and/or location will be offered when safe to do so.

 

If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please call us or text us on 07547401020. If you text or get an answer phone please leave a clear message stating the following:

 

• that you wish to cancel

• your full name

• your telephone number

• the date and time of your appointment

• the treatment/s you were booked in for

 

Non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment if under £300 in value, £100 for the appointment which is above £300 in value and £150 for the appointments over £1000 in value. The fee is non-transferable.

Non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to secure a Consultation/Skin Analysis. The fee is transferable towards appointment booked on the day.

 

If you are booking as a model - a full payment is required up front. Your booking as a model is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

We do not issue refunds for our services.

GOODS AND SUPPLIES

 

Please note, we don’t issue refunds for goods or supplies. You may, however, exchange for a voucher or another product or service to the same value. If the product you are exchanging for is more in value, the difference must be payable at the time of exchange.

 

Giant Sun - face to face live tutorial is required. Unless undertaken, we take no responsibility for troubleshooting, damage or fault and the purchase will not be covered by warranty. It is your responsibility to book a tutorial upon receipt of your device.

 

At Pure Line we do not tolerate abuse, threatening or rude behaviour, violence, verbal or physical, towards other clients, staff or members of public. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should these boundaries be broken. You will not be refunded any fees should this happen.

 

ONLINE TRAINING AND WEBINARS

 

Online training sessions and webinars are payable in full upon booking. As soon as any part of the training material is sent to you the fee becomes non-refundable. We do not bear responsibility for poor internet connection or technical issues on your part. It is the student's responsibility to insure they have suitable environment and equipment for the duration of the webinar. The Webinar content and manuals are non-shareable and are property of Pure Line Academy by Leana Bernot Ltd. Webinar cost is limited to on-line training and any practical part, if required, is payable separately.

 

ONLINE SCHOOL

 

Is payable for a yearly subscription of £660 (up until 31st May 2022)

 

From the 1st June 2022 the Online School Yearly Subscription will be £999
