LEVEL 5 CERTIFICATE IN AESTHETIC PRACTICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please ensure you have taken time to read the terms and conditions,

 

All students must ensure they attend all booked Teams’ meetings when these are scheduled and you must ensure you are on time, if you miss a team’s meeting and require an additional one as a catch up this will incur an extra charge of £60. Teams' meetings are important to your learning journey so please make time for these.

 

All Theory based work must be handed in on the requested date, failure to do so will incur an extra charge of £60. Please note if you do require an extension, please communicate this with your Tutor, Admin Team. Extensions may be given due to personal circumstances, medical emergencies but these must be communicated and agreed with the Academy. In the event of a medical emergency the academy may ask to see a form of communication from the medical practitioner.

 

You must ensure when attending the academy for your in person assessments and training you are in full uniform, hair tied back, short nails, no jewellery, and wearing enclosed toe shoes, if you do not attend as per above you may risk being sent away and incurring extra charges due to extra time needed.

 

When coming in for training if your course is due to start at 9am this means you must be in and sat down by 9am ready to start your training, please do not turn up 2 minutes before its due to start. The academy opens 30 minutes prior so you can come in early and grab a coffee etc so you are on time for your course.

 

All contact regarding your course should be with the course tutor/admin team only unless you wish to make a complaint, in which case you will follow our complaints policy.

 

Assessment days will be set far enough in advance to ensure you have enough time to plan for these. If you miss an assessment day this will incur an additional fee of £500. 

 

If you exceed the x12 month period for the Level 5 Certificate in Aesthetic Practice (unless in unexceptional circumstances) you will require to pay a fine. The fine amount will be from £1000 up to the full qualification amount depending on the amount of work which has already been submitted.

 

The referencing within the Assignments will be Harvard Referencing only.

 

We cannot stress the importance of the above enough. Please remember we want you to get the absolute best out of your training journey with us and we can only do that if you work with us. 

 

Remember your course is a commitment and you must dedicate your time and yourself.

Car Park

​

The users of this car park do so at their own risk. The Management will not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred. 

Items & valuables left inside vehicles in visible view are at the owners own risk. Pure Line are not liable for any thefts, damages, injuries or losses.

Children

​

Children under the age of 12 will not be allowed entry into the Clinic or Academy due to the insurance restrictions.

5.5 The full cost of the course is required if its commencement of the course is within 2 weeks of cancellation. Payment is due on the day of the in person training course.

5.6 In the event of an act of God (pandemic, war, natural disaster) then all fees remain non-refundable, and a new date will be offered to the trainee.

5.7 Post Training support is available for students up to x3 months post training for 1-2-1.

Post Training support for students from x3 months post training - Leana holds her Consultations on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays & personal holidays) from the hours of 10am to 6pm. Please submit your question on a MONDAY ONLY otherwise your message will not get picked up

In the case of any emergencies please contact the Academy directly 

 

Booking fees cover administration and expenses involved in booking a student on to a forthcoming training. It also guarantees a first available slot on the selected training.

 

Shadowing from 3-6 months period if free of charge.

Shadowing from 6-18 months period bracket - £250, over 18 months £450 is available to our students only who have attended hands-on practical class in person.

Same venue is not guaranteed and you may need to travel to an alternative location. *Only available on selected training courses, subject to availability. Shadowing means watching, no hands on experience is included in shadow days.

Questions are to be asked at the end of the day.

 

We reserve the right to change the training location in the event of the venue cancellation. We will source the alternative location within reasonable distance to the original venue.

 

If you do need to cancel or rearrange your training, please call us or text us on 07547401020. If you text or get an answer-phone, please leave a clear message stating the following:

• That you wish to cancel or rearrange

• Your full name

• Your telephone number

• The date and time of your course

• The course/s you were booked in for

 

If you are late by more than 30 minutes you will not be able to continue on the day and the cost of the training will be lost.

 

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

 

APPOINTMENTS

 

If you should need to rearrange you may do so once on the same booking fee and within 30 days of cancellation by giving us no less than 48 hours notice (excluding Sundays, Bank Holiday Monday and other National Holidays). Should you need to rearrange again a non-refundable booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be payable to secure new appointment. Cancellations are non-refundable. Full appointment charge will be applicable with less than 24 hours notice or "no show".

 

If you are late by more than 20 minutes, we will not be able to continue with the appointment and the full price of the treatment will be due.

 

The only time we will consider waiving the fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or emergency (official proof will be required) or upon our discretion.

 

Pandemic, war and nature force majeure -

the fees are non-refundable. A new alternative date and/or location will be offered when safe to do so.

 

If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment please call us or text us on 07547401020. If you text or get an answer phone please leave a clear message stating the following:

 

• that you wish to cancel

• your full name

• your telephone number

• the date and time of your appointment

• the treatment/s you were booked in for

 

Non-refundable booking fee is required to secure ALL appointments. The fee is non-transferable.

Non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to secure a Consultation/Skin Analysis. The fee is transferable towards appointment booked on the day.

 

If you are booking as a model - the FULL payment is required up front. Your booking as a model is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

We do not issue refunds for our services.

 

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

GOODS AND SUPPLIES

 

Please note, we don’t issue refunds for goods or supplies. You may, however, exchange for a voucher or another product or service to the same value. If the product you are exchanging for is more in value, the difference must be payable at the time of exchange.

 

Giant Sun - face to face live tutorial is required. Unless undertaken, we take no responsibility for troubleshooting, damage or fault and the purchase will not be covered by warranty. It is your responsibility to book a tutorial upon receipt of your device.

 

At Pure Line we do not tolerate abuse, threatening or rude behaviour, violence, verbal or physical, towards other clients, staff or members of public. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should these boundaries be broken. You will not be refunded any fees should this happen.

 

ONLINE TRAINING AND WEBINARS

 

Online training sessions and webinars are payable in full upon booking. As soon as any part of the training material is sent to you the fee becomes non-refundable. We do not bear responsibility for poor internet connection or technical issues on your part. It is the student's responsibility to insure they have suitable environment and equipment for the duration of the webinar. The Webinar content and manuals are non-shareable and are property of Pure Line Academy by Leana Bernot Ltd. Webinar cost is limited to on-line training and any practical part, if required, is payable separately.

 

ONLINE SCHOOL

 

Is payable for a yearly subscription of £660 (up until 31st May 2022)

 

From the 1st June 2022 the Online School Yearly Subscription will be £999
